§ 92.052 CONSTITUTIONALITY.
If any provision of this subchapter or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or invalid application of this chapter.
