§ 92.049 DISARMING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   It is unlawful for any person to remove batteries from a carbon monoxide detector or in any way make inoperable a carbon monoxide detector, except a building owner or manager or his or her agent in the normal procedure of replacing batteries.
