(A) Every approved carbon monoxide detector shall comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, and shall bear the label of a nationally recognized standard testing laboratory, and shall meet the standards of Underwriters Laboratory #2034 or its equivalent.
(B) The Building Commissioner shall issue rules and regulations for the implementation and administration relating to carbon monoxide detectors.
