§ 92.028 DETECTION SYSTEMS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY AND TWO-FAMILY STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Every building constructed for single-family and two-family occupancy, shall have installed therein an approved fire-detection, products-of-combustion system.
   (B)   The detectors shall be sensitive to any of the products of combustion except that detectors sensitive only to heat are not acceptable.
   (C)   (1)   Alarm signaling devices shall be clearly audible in all bedrooms when all intervening doors are closed.
      (2)   The detectors shall meet minimum Underwriters Laboratory Standards #217.
