§ 92.008 TAKING LIGHTED OBJECTS INTO POSTED AREA.
   It is unlawful for any person to take any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, fuse, candle, lantern, or other lighted object into any building, structure, or place within the city where inflammable material is kept or into any place where a sign is posted warning persons of possible danger from lighted objects.
