§ 92.003 FIRES IN ALLEYS OR OPEN LOTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to make or cause a fire to be made in any alley or open lot for the purpose of burning any waste materials except between daylight and 6:00 p.m. when in a suitable metal or fire burner so constructed as to prevent the escape of burning material or spark which might endanger surrounding property; provided, that the burning does not violate the air pollution and other pertinent portions of this code.
