§ 76.034 CROSSING PROTECTION; REQUIRED.
   Crossing protection shall be maintained and operated by the respective railroads or persons in accordance with the provisions, requirements, and schedules of this chapter, entirely at the expense of the railroads. Each protection shall be used in a manner as to afford persons and property protection against injury and damage.
