(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
(B) Obstructing; prohibited conduct. For each violation of § 76.030, defined as each separate stopping or switching of trains, railroad cars, or engines in violation hereof, a penalty consisting of a fine not exceeding an amount as set by the city from time to time shall be assessed, thus any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate the provisions of § 76.030 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed an amount as set by the city from time to time. However, no railroad conductor or engineer acting under the rules or orders of a railroad company or its supervisory personnel may be fined for thereby violating § 76.030.
