§ 76.007 CHANGE OF POSITION OR ALIGNMENT OF TRACKS.
   No railroad company or any other person, shall be permitted to change the position or alignment of its tracks crossing any public street or to make any addition, or to cross any street in the city hereafter without obtaining the consent of the city as provided in § 76.006.
