§ 51.002 DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC LIMITS.
   (A)   Pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Parts 403.6(c)(1) and 403.8(f)(4), this chapter contains specific pollutant limitations in § 51.037, developed to assist the District in achieving the declared objectives in § 51.001 hereof.
   (B)   Pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Parts 122.21(j)(4) and 403.5(c)(1), and at such time that the District shall submit application for renewal of its NPDES permit, the District shall provide a written technical evaluation of the need to revise the specific pollutant limitations in § 51.037 hereof.
