§ 50.041 PERMISSION TO GO UPON ROOFS TO STRING WIRES.
   It is unlawful for any person while engaged in the stringing from pole to pole of electric wires to enter upon the roof of any building within the city without first procuring from the owner or occupant of a building permission and authority in writing to do so.
