(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
(B) Certificate of occupancy required. Violation of the provisions of § 50.060 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding an amount as set by the city from time to time or by imprisonment not exceeding six months or by both a fine and imprisonment.
