§ 50.004 REPAIRING EXISTING FACILITIES.
   A petition for permission to make emergency and minor repairs to existing facilities shall be filed with the Board of Public Works and Safety as provided in this code and the Board of Public Works and Safety shall have authority to grant the permission.
