§ 33.002 SUPERVISION AND CONTROL.

   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall have jurisdiction and control over all matters and property relating to or connected with the Police Department, except as to those matters committed to the jurisdiction of the Police Merit Commission under §§ 33.055 through 33.069, or as otherwise provided in this chapter.
