§ 33.055 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMISSION. The merit commission for a merit system established under this subchapter.
   DEPARTMENT. The Police Department of the city.
