§ 132.039 SALES RECORDS.
   Each person who, in one transaction or in two or more transactions closely connected in time, sells to any other person two or more containers of glue containing a solvent having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes shall upon the occurrence of the second or subsequent transaction, require the other person to exhibit means of identification of himself or herself, and shall record in a register conforming with requirements established by the Chief of Police the name, address, and description of the other person. The record shall be kept for a period of not less than six months and shall be available for inspection during normal business hours by officers and members of the city police force.
