§ 117.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
   (B)   Scrap metal merchants.
      (1)   Any scrap metal merchant who shall conduct business in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 117.060 through 117.063 shall be subject to a fine of not more than an amount as set by the city from time to time per violation. Every transaction conducted by a scrap metal merchant in violation of the provisions of §§ 117.060 through 117.063 shall be deemed a separate violation.
      (2)   In addition to the penalties described in this section the city may revoke any occupancy permit or business license issued for the business premises of the scrap metal merchant.

   (C)   Scrap dealers. A scrap dealer who fails to comply with §§ 117.060 through 117.063 is subject to a fine of up to an amount as set by the city from time to time. Each day that a scrap dealer so fails to comply constitutes a separate offense.

   (D)   Self-service laundries. Upon conviction of violation of any of the terms of §§ 117.145 through 117.151, the license of the establishment may be revoked and suspended, to which may be added a fine of up to an amount as set by the city from time to time.
