§ 117.145 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SELF SERVICE LAUNDRIES and LAUNDROMAT. Any establishment in which coin-operated facilities are available for washing clothes or for drying clothes or for the dry cleaning of clothes and which is open and available to the general public for use.
