§ 117.166 VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION.
   Each van, vehicle, or conveyance used by a public mover in carrying on his or her business shall have the name and address of the public mover painted or posted conspicuously upon both sides. The license plate shall be attached to the vehicle in a conspicuous place.
