(A) Adequate toilet facilities conveniently located shall be provided for customers of the establishment and shall be posted as such.
(B) The toilet facilities must have a minimum of at least one water closet and one lavatory and be supplied with towels, either paper or cloth, toilet paper, and soap.
(C) The doors of all toilet rooms shall be self closing and capable of being locked.
(D) Toilet rooms shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, in good repair, and well lighted and ventilated.
