§ 117.098 RETURN OF MISREPRESENTED GOODS.
   (A)   The purchaser at an auction sale of any personal property shall have the right to return it to the auctioneer at any time within five days from the day of sale, if it is not of the quality represented to him or her and the auctioneer shall return to the purchaser the price of the article.
   (B)   It is declared to be unlawful for the place of sale or the place of business of any auctioneer to have been closed at any time during the period of five days for the purpose of avoiding any offer to return any article so sold.
