§ 117.097 FALSE REPRESENTATIONS.
   No auctioneer or person who is present when any real or personal property is offered for sale, shall knowingly, with intent to induce any person to purchase the property or any part thereof, make any false representation or statement as to the ownership or the character or quality of the property so offered for sale or as to the property or circumstances of the owner or pretended owner of the property.
