§ 117.095 PROPERTY FOR SALE; ANNOUNCEMENT OF DESCRIPTION.
   It shall be the duty of every auctioneer, who shall offer for sale real or personal property of any kind whatever, to announce to the persons present, before proceeding to sell the same, the character, quality, and description of the property offered for sale.
