§ 117.093 ATTRACTING ATTENTION TO SALE.
   No bellman, criers, instruments of music, signals, or any other means of attracting the attention of the public, other than a sign or flag, shall be employed or suffered or permitted to be used in connection with any auction sale at or near any place of the sale or at or near any auction room.
