§ 117.010 SALE, REDEMPTION, AND THE LIKE.
   No personal property received on deposit, purchased on condition, pledged, or pawned to the pawnbroker shall be sold or permitted to be redeemed or removed from the place of business of the pawnbroker for a period of 24 hours after a copy of the statement required by this subchapter has been delivered to the Chief of Police.
