§ 117.009 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No pawnbroker shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable thing or shall buy any secondhand article or thing or carry on the business before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 10:00 p.m.
