§ 117.007 MEMORANDUM TO PLEDGER.
   (A)   A pawnbroker shall, at the time of making a loan, deliver to the pledger or his or her agent a memorandum containing the substance of the entry made in his or her books as required in this subchapter.
   (B)   There shall be no charge for the memorandum.
