§ 150.35 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to install, change or alter any ceiling heating unit or heating furnace or any oil burning equipment or any storage tanks in connection therewith without first making written application to the Building Inspector and obtaining a permit to make such installation, change or alteration.
