§ 150.20 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any building, premises or both or a part thereof or to use any land or structure wholly or in part for any purpose until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued therefor by the Building Official stating that the proposed use, the occupancy, the building or structure and its attached apparatus and/or other appurtenances conform to the appropriate codes and laws pertaining thereunto.
