§ 132.03 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS; PROFANE LANGUAGE; USE OF WEAPONS.
   Any person who shall be found on any highway or at any public place, school, church, or public gathering in a grossly intoxicated condition shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as set forth in § 132.99.
