§ 30.10 COUNCIL COMMITTEES.
   (A)    The Council may appoint a special committee to assist in or hold a public hearing for the Council at any time upon any matter pending before it. Minutes or reports of hearings held by special committees shall be filed with the City Clerk as public records. ('90 Code, § 2-18) (Ord. passed 1-10-77)
   (B)   The standing committees shall be appointed by the Mayor at the first meeting of the Council after inauguration to serve for two years. ('90 Code, § 2-19)
