No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of:
(A) Displaying it for sale.
(B) Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency. Vehicles awaiting repairs or undergoing repairs at garages shall not be parked on sidewalks or between sidewalks and street curbings.
(C) Retailing any kind of produce or merchandise therefrom. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any kind of produce or merchandise by retail from any such vehicular stand.
