(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty contained in § 70.99.
(B) A fine of $25 will be levied for the first violation of this chapter; a fine of from $50 up to $500 will be levied for a second violation and any subsequent violations, plus any additional state assessments.
