§ 53.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The city’s Stormwater Department shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Officers and supervisors appointed and approved by the Mayor may also enforce provisions of this chapter.
