§ 153.09 NUMBER OF USES PER LOT.
   (A)   Unless specifically permitted by the City Council, no mobile home shall be placed on a lot occupied by another dwelling unit.
   (B)   Division (A) above shall not apply in the case of mobile home parks (trailer parks) which are regulated by § 4, Paragraph B-4, of the zoning ordinance.
