§ 153.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 and no more than $500 for each conviction. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
