(A) Application for receipt of a mobile home permit shall be made to the City Codes Administrator.
(B) The Codes Administrator shall then refer the permit application to the County Joint Planning Commission.
(C) The person, firm, or corporation requesting the permit shall then submit the proposed plans and related materials, which shall be in accordance with § 153.08, to the County Joint Planning Commission for its review.
(D) (1) The Codes Administrator shall be responsible for contacting each individual property owner (husband and wife) of adjoining property requesting their opinion.
(2) All written comments of abutting property owners received shall be furnished to the Planning Commission.
(E) The Planning Commission shall then consider all aspects of the requested permit and forward its recommendations to the City Council who shall have the final authority on issuing or denying a permit.
