(A) A single mobile home may be placed on an individual private residentially-zoned lot, upon approval and receipt of a mobile home permit.
(B) The mobile home permit shall be approved by the City Council.
(C) Permits are not transferable. However, any mobile home which existed in the city as of June 1, 2011 shall be allowed to be transferred upon proper permit application assuming it meets all codes applicable and is approved by the City Code Enforcement Officer. The Code Enforcement Officer must sign stating there are no nuisance(s) prior to the transfer of the mobile home. If there are nuisance(s), the owner will have 30 days to correct the nuisance(s). After the correction of the nuisance(s), the Code Enforcement Officer must reinspect and sign stating the nuisance(s) have been corrected. If the nuisance(s) have not been corrected by day 31, the mobile home will have to be moved. However, no additional mobile homes shall be allowed to be located within the city after June 1, 2011.
