(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall maintain or occupy a mobile home in the city after the date of the adoption of this chapter without first having obtained a mobile home permit from the City Council.
(B) In addition, no mobile home shall be permitted to be located within the city which does not meet the minimum health and safety standards set by the state, the county, or separate city ordinances, whichever is more restrictive.
(C) The above prohibitions shall not apply to mobile home dealers having mobile homes not intended to be used for permanent habitation or those mobile homes intended to be used for temporary office purposes.
