§ 150.15 COMMERCIAL SIGNS AND STRUCTURES.

Any and all commercially-zoned property located within the city limits must have a building built for the purpose of doing business prior to any permanent signage or structure being erected on the property. Only storefront signs for advertisement will be allowed on commercially-zoned property within the city limits.
