§ 150.01 STANDARD CODES ADOPTED.

   (A)   For the purpose of establishing uniform rules and regulations, the City Council hereby adopts the following codes:

      (1)   The most current edition of the State Building Code;

      (2)   The most current edition of the State Plumbing Code; and

      (3)   The most current edition of the Housing and Unsafe Building Code.

   (B)   The above-named codes, of which not less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. The provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction, alteration, or repair of all buildings and/or structures contained within the corporate limits of the city.
