(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.01 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than $100.
(C) Any person or entity in violation of the provisions of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined $250.
