§ 130.03 BUCKET BRIGADES PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to conduct or participate in a bucket brigade upon any streets, roadways, or thoroughfares within the city limits.

(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

BUCKET BRIGADE. Any solicitation for money or gift.
