§ 95.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 95.01 and 95.02 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $150 for each offense.

(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 95.03 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $500.
