§ 95.01 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN LOCH MARY PARK.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink or consume alcoholic beverages, or to use controlled substances or drugs, in the city park area of Loch Mary Park. It shall also be unlawful for any person to take into the park area of Loch Mary Park any alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, or drugs for the purpose of same being used or consumed in the park area.
