§ 74.18 LIVESTOCK TRUCKS.
   The owners of all trucks hauling livestock within the city are required to have painted on both sides and rear thereof the name and place of business of the owner or owners thereof, in letters of colors contrasting with the color of the body of the truck, and not less than five inches high.
