§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than $100.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 72.01(B), 72.02, or 72.03 shall be guilty of a violation and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $1 nor more than $25.
