PREFACE

This planned developments code of the City of Eagle, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 895A, passed 7- 25-2023. Ordinances of the City adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this planned developments code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the planned developments code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
