11A-3-4 DEFINITIONS:

Certain words or phrases used in this title shall be interpreted as defined within a particular chapter, as defined within this title, or as defined in chapter 1 of this title, with the more specific and/or more restrictive definition controlling. Any other words or phrases not specifically defined shall be interpreted to give this title its most reasonable application. (Ord. 710, 1-14-2014)
