11A-3-3 EFFECT OF OTHER PROVISIONS:
If any provision of this title is found to be in conflict with any other provision of this title, building, fire safety or health ordinance or other provision of the Eagle city code, the provision which establishes the higher and/or more restrictive design standard shall prevail.
